These Terms and Conditions (“User Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website , mobile application (if applicable), and all laundry, dry cleaning, and related services (“Services”) provided by Hala Laundry. By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.


Service Usage

  • All deliveries are scheduled to be completed within 48 hours, unless otherwise communicated.

  • Customers are advised to inspect garments at the time of delivery for quality and completeness.


Liability & Care

  • Hala Laundry is not responsible for:

    • Color bleeding or fading

    • Shrinkage

    • Damage to delicate embroidery, embellishments, or fragile fabrics during the cleaning process

  • We do our best to remove stains, but cannot guarantee removal of all persistent or permanent stains.

  • All items are accepted at the customer’s own risk.

  • Items not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date may not be our responsibility unless a prior notice has been given by the customer.


Loss & Damage

  • We are not liable for loss or damage caused by external incidents such as fire, theft, or other unforeseen events.

  • In the rare case that damage is caused during the cleaning process, any compensation will be limited to five (5) times the service fee paid for the item.


Promotional Use

  • Hala Laundry reserves the right to use images of garments (without personal identifiers) for promotional or marketing purposes.
